To the north it borders Serbia, to the southeast Albania, to the south it is separated from Italy by the Adriatic Sea and to the west it borders Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Visas
Staying in Montenegro up to 90 days is possible: without visa for certain countries or with visa for shorter terms. Visa is not required for the following countries: EU, USA,RUSSIA, JAPAN, ISRAEL and for the neighboring countries also. All foreign citizens without residence permit are obligate to declare their residence and changing of address to the police in 24 hours upon arrival. If you are stayed in a hotel or private accommodation, owners/employees will do it for you.
